Timothy Stanley: When Time is Short, Finding Our Way in the Anthropocene was published by Beacon Press this year. He says it's a book about our denial of death as a species and how religion can help us break through that denial. Stanley: I think religion has really contributed to that denial, which has really exacerbated our crisis situation now. And so, and maybe we don't have an awful lot of time left as a species.
