For me, it started off doing pranny armour breath work. I always love nothing more now than sitting still and doing nothing. But there is this, there is this business journey that I found. And I think the more we can keep spouting off about what's brilliant, better for us. It's just everybody should be bringing this into their day every day. Yes, you need to be more committed with it.
