Diversity is key. We've got this zoo of bacteria in the gut and we need lots of different types of bacteria. The new guidelines now is that we need to be eating at least 30 different types of plants every week, including seeds and nuts. That's a massive biohack, isn't it? Or a massively impactful biohack that people can adopt? Yeah, absolutely. I really do believe we should be teaching this in schools.
