How to Fund a Funded Search

I don't know if this came into play at all, but you hear a lot about the traditional search funders in the UK. They come up against a lot of private equity that are coming to lower down market cap. I think doing a self-funded search, yes, it allows you to be slightly more nimble, but on the same time, I made sure that I had all the structures of a funded search.
