i have tried using minas, usually roll my phone into my bag, att in the other side of the room. But i friend also in the north, nod elisa. Elisa, she recommended putting a hair elastic, or an elastic, or like a scrunchy on your phone to interrupt your habit loop. It brings it more to your consciousness. To be like that really what i want right now. That's a really simple way to just be like that's smart. Now, i'm going to break the cycice we've been talking about, and sort of a right brain, more intuitive perspective on getting into deep work is actually using your human design type and energy
Maybe it's really hard for you to focus, or put consistent tasks in your calendar, or you can't complete a task to totality. Or maybe it feels really hard for you to come up with new creative ideas and you regurgitating the same old stuff.
