Is There a Maa Mam in My Life?
Every little morsel she left behind was fascinating to me. Every a had about forty unread foicemal messages from her. I wanted to write about her, because if i was writing about her, that i got to watch the video where she was still alive. And all those pieces started to add up to a more full person than i had ever allowed myself to really know. Because i did understand my mam in extremes. One extreme was she was very funny, and she was a great dancer, and there's nothing she wouldn't say. The other side of her was someone who was deeply addicted to opioids,. and had been my entire life.
