The Only Easy Solution on the Dollar Side Is Cash
The only easy solution on the dollar side is really cash, which also is going away. The real solution in my mind, the long term solution is circular economy. If you have 10% of your transactions in Bitcoin, all of a sudden you have a steady flow of Bitcoin that goes into savings. It doesn't take that many businesses in a local community to start accepting Bitcoin.
