Is God Answering That Prayer?

The international justice mission has sent less teams on dangerous assignments to free enslaved peoples around the world. And now in a plush washington d c, auditori and there hosting a conference on global abolition. It was called a conference, but to be honest, it was really just a prayer meeting. The converts didn't work. I could not tell any discernible difference as a result of all that prayer. But i have this one question that i just cannot seem to shake. Why wouldn't god answer that prayer?
