If we're not taking space or avoiding then that means I'm engaging in a fight, let's say, right? So the last good example I have is increasing your self awareness to avoid saying pitfalls. You can actually make a different choice and you can sidestep and not have to get into the same kind of place that you've been at before. And that's a great thing because that means you're growing, you're learning and we want that that's actually great for humans.
