She has this difficult tension between belief in free markets and the idea that free markets brought down her central economic policy. So she's trying to create a whole range of other scapegoats for what went wrong. But it must be very difficult to do, because in the privacy of her own mind, she knows that it was a response of the bond markets and other markets that did for her.
