Is There a Specific Example of Specific Story You Can Tell Me?

i believe that god uses, and intended to use our spouse as a helpmet to make us better into to do better. See specific examples of that. I feel like if he's flustered, i'm having a really great dayt; but the times he isn't it's just so interchangeably as to make it through whatever it is in my life.
