Index Funds

With index funds, theyare very similar to mutual funds. So you get a basket as well. But the difference is you don't have a person actively choosing what companys to put into the fund or the basket. You have a list, and it just follows a list. And i think that's pretty great. Because if that's not what diversification is, i don't know.
