The problem with those frameworks is that it needs to be embedded in the culture because otherwise you speak to it, right? I use the analogy because it's so great. You could probably start small too with like if you're at a larger company with a lot of process with trying this out on one of your best employees. And then you can get a little buy in and slowly expand it.
