What Types of Regulation Are in Place to Protect Digital Assets?
Regulation is kind of all over the board in terms of what would help us safeguard our assets. It would be definitely more concerted regulation. Some jurisdictions, Switzerland, Singapore, soon to be the EU as well with MICA coming in where they've actually laid out the ground rules for these activities. Others that are affirmative and I would add the US into the affirmative categorywhere there are some levels of guidance but not a lot.
