The Importance of Enterprise Value in a Business
Growth rate is one. How much of a market leader is it seen as? How many new products could be launched, but haven't even touched yet? All these are things that influence the value of something. I have very much reverse engineered why I've gone into the mushroom space because I ultimately want to build a business that could be acquired for fucking multiple of revenue. Not for a 2x of EBITDA, like someucking flipper acquisition. And you don't want to be playing in that arena. If you want to get strategically acquired, which is when they'll pay 20x profit or more output of revenue, you need to be 20, 20 million plus revenue.
