What I Do on the Day of an Adition

If the adition is midday or afternoon, i will let my sleep as much as i need to. I try to get something with eggs in it for the protein. And probably have lots of snacks, but if i need to get a second meal, i will. Sometimes i even take a hot bath the night before just to chill out. So part of that relaxing the night before so i can sleep well and the muscles are looser.
