How to Maintain a Healthy Eating Habit

This has literally been in the scientific literature for three decades as it relates to dietary proteinin body composition. It can actually be incredibly easy. A great place to start, uniformly, is a minimum of 30 grams of protein three times a day. That looks like roughly four ounces of chicken, of beef, a bison,. or maybe it's a protein shake, supereasy.
