How to Stimulate the Economy?

"If you really want to stimulate the economy, why not give people the chance for economic mobility?" asks Gabby Giffords. "There's so many things that you could do to actually give people a chance for economicmobility," she adds. 'It's not possible for everybody to be exceptional,' says Gabrielle Giffords of her countrymen and women who are working hard but don't have access to social security or health care.
