Tanya: One of the big decisions I'm constantly having to make is whether to say yes or no to projects. She says part of being a good decision maker is recognizing the similarities and having kind of a template. Tanya: It can also be helpful to have a guiding mission in a way that helps you decide whether, you know, should I do this podcast?
