Is There a Way to Improve Your Immune System?

i don't have the answers, but i'm putting out the question o out there. Just take this p irus as an example. We know that it affects point zero, zero part of the population that already have these these issues. So should you be punished and not being able to live your life because there's other people out there are sick also? You can't go outside to day because somebody else might die? I mean, this leas p thes big, big, big questions.
