Russian Money and the War in Ukraine
There's talks about Russian money that's been held by countries due to sanctions and the sort or indeed reparations after the war. There is quite a large amount of Russian money that is held abroad in Western capitals. The Afghan state reserves were appropriated by the Americans in a law past which gave those half those state reserves to the victims of 9-11. It's not for me to say what the cause of that problem is but as someone who runs a charity that could make extremely good use of some of that money to help the poor people of Ukraine, I would strongly encourage resolution to that problem as soon as possible.
