"My advice to any team, including ours, would be watch what happens naturally," he says. "If there's something going on that isn't making it to the next step or is like popping up but not being recognized... then of course it's incumbent on the members ... to give it the extra nudge." He adds: "Sometimes things die because sometimes things don't make it and it's because they weren't meant to for the environment"
