The Blending of Presbyterianism and Dutch Reformism
There's all sorts of reformed history. People might not be aware of regarding especially just reformed theology in general in the Midwest. But people will be familiar with perhaps Grand Rapids as an enclave or Holland. There's also an interesting book called Dutch Chicago, which talks about some of this history. And then of course you get out into Iowa like Pella, where there's every version of reformed or Presbyterian reform church is available in Pella and then some.
