How to Listen to Conversations

You have to do what I what I call panning for gold. And when you're listening to a to a conversation like the one that was going on between you and Gary, you don't just look for a specific like linear outline. You really try to take in the whole thing and you try to pluck out the real nuggets. That's being self-aware. Some people, I mean, you look at day to day, look on fucking Facebook for an hour and look at the different levels of like communication and interpretation and and to be frank intelligence. There's just a big variation there.
