In terms of alternative ways in which we can administer some of these meds given their sedating effects, I know maybe in the pediatric standpoint, we may see baclopin given via pumps and sometimes a little bit of helpful co-management with maybe physiatry or neurosurgery. In general, something good to know about baclopins is that they're dependent; it's going to work better on both the upper and lower extremities than if they're ambulatory because the baclopIN actually floats down. And if they're upright, it'sGoing to be dependent and help more with leg symptoms than with arms.
