How to Grow a Concierge Practice Within a Set Period

The big question for them was how confident do we feel that we can grow these practices within a set amount of time, whether that was one year or two years, three years. The other questions that they wanted me to kind of wrestle with was like one around geography. Can we do this just anywhere? Where's the most ideal location to start this? We ended up in the second model coming up with sort of 10 metropolitan areas where we thought we really need to focus onThese areas because if we were able to buy a practice in that area, we would have the ability to expand outwardly from that sort of epicenter location.
