Heavy Bleeding and Stress Levels
Heavy bleeding can be caused by endometriosis, uterine fibroids and PCOS or polycystic ovary syndrome. During times of stress my period tends to come late and is heavy. So it's always good to track your cycle ladies because then you have a really good idea like month over month what kinds of things you're doing or your body is doing.
