The Trance of Unworthiness
Many of the ways that we try to feel better, we hate ourselves for. We need to be able to see that what seems most destructive on some level is an effort to cope. And so often there's a sense of awe, not fully here, a sinking feeling. It helps to name that out loud. If i paused and slowed down right now as i'm speaking, there is some part of me that' saying, how am i doing now? You know? Am i authentic? Am i embodied? Are we in a resodence field?"
