How Important Are Side Projects for Applicants?

i'm always looking for applicants that either ask the right questions before jumping to any answers conclusions, and the ones that clearly show that they want to learn. I think someone who is an intrinsic and lifelong learner is always the best person you can hire in my opinion. It's kind of the people who really are go getters. And this is perfect for what i'm about to ask, because you had a side project with n library, or it was mostly your, you know, your baby, so to speak. To be honest,. i'm a huge fanof having side projects, because it gives you flexibility to try out s you want to do. For for people, i think
