Culture becomes a sort of viral, right? Like it's just that culture is culture. So then when someone walks in and they notice it, you know, the next person adapts quicker because they see it. They see all the way other people are interacting with each other. It takes time to do that, making sure the right people are on the boat. But I'm excited about what we've built in referral rock.
