The Importance of Adapting to the Circumstances

I was really confused because this guy's bragging about, oh yeah, we're doing these dead drops and you're like the only white person walking around Beijing. It was pretty hard for him. Actually, it's can be done. There've been successes and they have to do with adapting to the circumstances. In north of 20 people who were CIA agents that is spies being run by say officers local people were rounded up and shot in the back of the head by the Chinese side. We don't get very much about China and spying and so forth in public. But there have been cases that illustrate that it's possible to run agents under these difficult circumstances.
