The Importance of Leaders in a Dow
I think there is still room for leaders in a Dow. That doesn't mean to say that your decision-making outcomes are, you know, worth more than anybody else. So you should be all equal, but I think some projects will need leaders,. Some mini projects will need leader. But I mean, that's, that's entirely fine as well and that works. Yeah. We started out very small and we were growing, but we're not optimizing for speed here. We're optimizing for good philanthropic decisions and for good community creation. And so I would actually say the founders are these six amazing nonprofits that are helping guide now this Dow as it grows.
