I'm unhappy in some ways to allude to beliefs by saying like propaganda brings about a certain kind of beliefs and what kind are those the kind that are relevant to people being able or not to do things together. There's not going to be any way of characterizing what propaganda does that doesn't make mention to this kind of like group level capacity thing that's fundamentalYeah I mean how would you even notice you say something along these lines at some point but if it were only about individuals kind of private beliefs I mean you wouldn't notice the effects of propaganda.
