The Science Behind Heart Rate Variability

The science behind HRV is the switch between on sympathetic and parasympathetic through inhalation, exhalation. If we can teach how to forcefully exhale, because I think this is something that gets missed in the process, like an exercise, it could help people of low tone recover more easily. The goal is to actually just see a really nice delta, like an ability to go high - which expresses variability on the whole. And one thing that'll happen is you'll probably there will probably be a stark inhalation as a consequence of that, right?
