Is Product Definition a Skew?
In a rapidly growing cotumq product first company, we still have kind of variable definitions of it. So i'm hesitant sometimes when we try to get an exact definition. And in big companies i start up like mine, it doesn't matter so much,. But to it is a big deal with of organizations that i work with yoand i think for exactly some ofthe reasons that you outline write. They're trying to make the shift from project to product. I've seen this repeatedly, spending six months trying to define the entire product portfolio and wondering if they got it right?
