A lot of investors don't want to go near the high-density space, which is where we also need the most investment for rental stock. The government wants people to buy new property because all the tax they get through those new properties,. development tax, stamp duty, GST. Even supporting the construction industry for jobs and all the taxes they make there. But I think the consumer, the investors, now switched on a little bit and got, is this really the best investment for me? A lot of investors have been burnt.
