How to Select the Right Exercise?
A little bit of it is like education, right? Because even in physical therby school, ik, we weren't taught a lot about by mechanics and about forces move through your body. So i do think that a lot of it is intuitive, like whare you're like, and in my classes, we're very targeted on one muscle group at a time. I think it's just soak, there's just such a by mechanically great exercise. And so why don't i try those and see if i can feel more glot burn there of doing squats or lunges or whatever it is you're choosing. Does that make sense?
