The Supreme Court's Decision to Settle Equity

The Supreme Court looked at more historical, more permanent attitudes towards property when all the way back to Magna Carta. There are many different kinds of takings; there's the most obvious where the government says, we need your land. It can be diminution of the value of the property on the open market, or even just a non productive use of it.
