How to Run UML Models

There was an attempt once to run UML models and make that your product more than one of the reasons I'm just drawing and turning it into a program has been a holy grail for a long time. But um, there is I think Chris Richardson, you probably know him. He recently posted some, he's formalized this into some kind of process where you basically you finished your domain analysis stuff and then how do you get to the decision of what to build as a separate service?
