How Do You Determine What Kind of Media Company You Want to Be?
Tyler Cowell: I've kind of pegged it down to like a four step process and I'm starting to feel like there's a fifth step in here. First, you need to define the audience, right? Number one, number two, you got to figure out what are the kinds of content types. And then the fourth is once you know those things, what channels, right? So do I kind of have the four steps, right? You have to kind of figure them out and it ish that order. It's for sure an iterative process. What we're doing today is frankly, in many cases, quite different from what we were doing a year ago.
