Bob Greene: Why does everyone with a different opinion to yours seem misinformed or obstreperous? He says he was fooled by one student who faked her grades, GREs and letters of recommendation. She had an excuse for everything, but they were still mad at her when she left the school. Greene: The thing that struck me was how blind we all were to the deception.
