There's been a shift in the subfield of historical Jesus studies. An older generation who are just dying off getting old and things like that, but they've been quite dominant for decades really. And we're starting to see a gap where it's a younger scholar asking different questions. It's no longer dominated by evangelical figures and chairs and things like this.
