Bao Xiaochen 13B Launches Open Source Language Model

SAGU founder Wang Xiaochen has launched an open source language model, Bao Xiaochen 13B through his startup Bao Xiaen intelligence. This model touted as one of China's most promising is based on the transformer architecture and trade on Chinese and English data. I want to mention that I'm all for the Chinese people and also Chinese entrepreneurs and basically anything human related to China. What I'm not about is essentially an evil empire, which is the CCP and their goal of actually like taking over the planet with a true authoritarian government. But it doesn't mean it's the people. The people are in my opinion, highly brainwashed.
