Rick Steves: We need to model for our kids first. He says parents should have a designated area in their home where they can reflect on bad days and work through it with children. When you deal with the child, you're giving him something relatable that he can take away from his own experience of being mad at someone or having an off day. That's how you get into a child's head of the two and three year old, they will pick it up there into accuracy. Dr. Steves' new book is called "Mental Health Handbook"
