In order to hop realities, we have to try to get out of this one by getting out of the physical. We have to go beyond our bodies completely, relax, and get to this place where we feel that we are in space and on the quantum field. For me, i literally imagine that i am floating in space, and that my body is kind of like dissolving and melting into the quanta around me. It's a different type of awareness in trying to select that reality from in this reality with your body.
