Is There a Need for Conditioning?

If your training volume is gradually drifting up over time, and you're not making more gains, maybe that's an indication that you need to do some conditioning. The best approach for most people is just kind of to take a step down the intensity ladder. So if you're having trouble tolerating the volume, you need of heavy, lower volume strength training. And in general, i am still a fan of very low intensity cardio. It's good for a lot of stuff.
