Beta Glue Can: A Different Mash
When you go to that thicker mash and you go to the isothermal, all of our norms change. Now you're looking at beta glue can numbers that will be much higher but they don't mean that the malt is any less modified. So I think it's we would have to take a long time to get used to the numbers that this new mash would produce. And kind of take ourselves out of thinking that this number means malt is bad or good.
