You have to know who you're talking to and speak to them differently for where they are in your customer journey, right? You've likely heard the whole, you know, right person, right offer, right time. That's what we're talking about here. We have our awareness stage at the top of our funnel. And then as we go down sort of the middle section of our funnel is the consideration stage. And then at the bottom ofOur funnel is the decision making, right? So they either become that's hopefully at that point, they become a customer.
