How to Tolerate Your Feelings
If you're having a hard time naming your feelings, go through a list and Google it. Look for a list of emotions and try to identify what those emotions are because none of all of us have a very strong emotional vocabulary. We may just want to become more aware of the environment we're in and be more in tune with it. It also can help to pick up part of your body such as your hand or your head and feel sensations that you normally don't feel like temperature or tension or movement.
