Are You Being Too Dutch?

I think it is really loving to tell people the truth, and we don't have much of a tradition of that in the UK. I was with a client in Amsterdam this week, and they showed a video about the Dutch. And then we're almost taking pride in how blunt they are. We do need to learn and grow from some of our colleagues. But there's room for all, right? There are moments when being a little bit too straight up can not be the right solution.
